Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans to prepare those gourmet meals for the family. The large outdoor living space is a nice retreat after a long day at the beach or playing golf. The entire home is on one floor. Master bedroom has a great view too with en suite full master bath and king bed. Gorgeous soaking tub with high vanities and nice glass shower with inlaid tile. The first guest bedroom has en suite bath and queen size bed. The two other guest bedrooms have queen beds and full baths. Living room has a sleeper sofa so the home comfortably sleeps ten people. Parking is four cars only. Pool can be heated for $200 per week, we must know in advance if you want to heat the pool.

Sea Pines Resort offers three championship, miles of shade bike paths and beautiful beaches only a short walk away. There are oceanfront restaurants at the Sea Pines Beach Club, world famous Harbourtown restaurants and shops or go to South Beach Marina Village and enjoy the Salty Dog Restaurant. Make sure to get your t-shirt from Salty Dog! You can enjoy deep sea fishing, kayaking and para sailing from Harbourtown Marina or South Beach Marina. You can fish from the shores and catch some local seafood, then grill it out on the deck overlooking the lagoon and golf course.
