Renovations for 2018 include all new appliances, new flooring, new furniture, new bedding, new paint throughout, new bathrooms and an updated kitchen including new cabinets and granite countertops.
2312 Sea Crest has just been newly renovated from top to bottom. Not one original item in the villa! It is a fabulous, 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom villa located on the third floor. This villa has a spectacular ocean and pool view from the living area and two of the bedrooms. Every detail has been thought of for your relaxation and comfort. All new TV’s, furniture, mattresses, flooring, appliances, dishes just to mention a few things that have been implemented in this amazing renovation. The bathrooms are over the top with spa-like finishes. No expense has been spared in this renovation.

As you walk into the foyer there is one bedroom to the right. It has a beautiful king size bed and a private balcony with an ocean view. There is a private bathroom with a separate oversized shower with luxurious spa-type features and double sinks.

Upon entering the main living area located straight ahead of the foyer, there is an expansive view of the water gardens and the ocean. There is an open floor plan comprising of the living, dining and kitchen areas. This inviting room is spacious, light and comfortable and has new driftwood-like flooring throughout. The dining room table, which is an amazing statement piece itself, has seating for six with three additional bar stools at the breakfast bar. Guests can easily fix meals at home in this fully-equipped, with brand new GE profile kitchen appliances. There is also a full size washer and dryer in a hallway off the living area. Soak up the ocean breeze from the living room balcony and enjoy the ocean, pool and water garden views. The furniture has been arranged to take advantage of the breath-taking views!

The second bedroom, located off of the living room, has a king bed with separate shower, and double sinks. This room also has access to the living room balcony. The third bedroom is on the opposite side of the living area. It has 2 double beds, a large walk-in closet and access to the hall bathroom which has a separate shower, brand new free standing tub and double sinks.
