Right along the lagoon’s edge, where egrets and herons take wing, a winding brick patio trails among a wide teak table with patio umbrella and seating for six and a gas grill for outdoor entertaining. Follow it along the water’s edge, and you’ll find yourself basking in the jeweled waters of the spacious swimming pool. A pair of teak loungers provides a comfortable place to soak in the sun.

Heading back inside, you’ll find further comfort in the cozy den, where a brick half-wall ends at a panorama of windows that encircle three walls split by a wide brick fireplace. Above the wide beam of the mantle hangs a large flat-screen TV, while the bricks draw your gaze up to tall ceilings. Below, a microsuede sofa and dual armchairs provide plenty of places to unwind and enjoy the comforts of home.
