Living spaces
The large, updated, open concept kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make you feel right at
home, including a high chair for small children. The kitchen table and bar area provide ample seating for
your entire group.

The main floor living room is the perfect gathering place for groups, or intimate conversation. Watch
your favorite movie or game on the large TV, or play games on the oversized coffee table. Overlooking
the outdoor area, the main living space has incredible natural light.

The upstairs loft is the perfect hangout for kids and teens, with two couches, a TV and DVD player, and
lots of board games. Two air conditioning units and ample ceiling fans throughout help keep the unit cool on even the hottest
summer days.

Bedrooms/bathrooms
Whether you’re traveling with friends or family, you’ll find the privacy you’re looking for. Each of the
tastefully decorated bedrooms has generous closet space, a TV and an en suite bathroom, including
three with tubs.

The main floor master has a king-size bed and TV, and is perfect for grandparents or those looking for
extra privacy. Upstairs you’ll find another bedroom with a king-size bed, and two bedrooms with two
queen beds each. The upstairs loft also has a sleeper sofa. The unit’s sleeping capacity is 14 people (not
including the pack ‘n play) and has ample space for the whole family!

Outdoor amenities
Situated on a small lane, it’s easy to forget you’re minutes away from shops, restaurants, and world-
class golf resorts. Relax on the generous porch area in one of the Adirondack chairs overlooking the pool
and garden area. The sunsets are spectacular! Outdoor lighting and ceiling fans make the porch usable
anytime – day or night. The outdoor shower makes washing off sandy feet or beach toys a breeze, and
the oversized four vehicle carport is enough for even the largest groups. After grilling on one of the
many BBQs on the property, enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool or a relaxing soak in the hot tub.

Location
Using the private entrance across the street from Hilton Head Beach, you can run, bike or play in the sand,
or swim in the inviting water. Beach toys, chairs, a cooler and a few extras are available for use in the
carport storage area.

If you’re looking for award-winning golf or tennis, the Port Royal Golf & Racquet Club is a short walk
away. For a nominal fee, you can play tennis on one of their Har-Tru Clay courts, a rousing game of
pickleball, or a round of golf on one of their two 18-hole golf courses.

Pamper yourself and relax in the spa at one of the nearby hotels, including the Westin and Marriott’s
Barony Beach Club, located across the street, or start your day walking along one of the nearby paths.
Major shopping areas, grocery stores and award-winning restaurants are just minutes away.
